1. \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si una municipalidad que no tiene implementado el nuevo examen te\u00f3rico, sigue otorgando primeras licencias clases B y C despu\u00e9s del 6 de diciembre de 2012?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ser\u00e1 suspendida la autorizaci\u00f3n para otorgar licencias de aquel municipio que no tiene implementado el nuevo examen te\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n

2. \u00bfEs v\u00e1lida la licencia de conductor clase B y C otorgada por una municipalidad que no cuenta con el nuevo examen te\u00f3rico despu\u00e9s del 6 de diciembre de 2012?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El documento no es v\u00e1lido si el Gabinete t\u00e9cnico municipal ha sido suspendido por el Secretario Regional respectivo para otorgar licencias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. \u00bfQui\u00e9n vigilar\u00e1 que no se otorguen licencias despu\u00e9s de que haya sido suspendida la autorizaci\u00f3n al municipio de otorgar primeras licencias?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es responsabilidad de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el sistema inform\u00e1tico desarrollado por CONASET, con el cual se monitorean el 100% de los ex\u00e1menes en Chile.<\/p>\n

El usuario particular tambi\u00e9n puede denunciar un fraude o irregularidad a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0www.fiscalizacion.cl.<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consisten las principales modificaciones al examen te\u00f3rico de conductor?<\/strong><\/p>\n

En la nueva versi\u00f3n, cada uno de los test a responder ser\u00e1 \u00fanico, ya que las preguntas se seleccionar\u00e1n al azar de un banco de m\u00e1s de 800 preguntas, las cuales no ser\u00e1n de conocimiento p\u00fablico. Adem\u00e1s, el nuevo examen ya no ser\u00e1 en papel sino en un computador.<\/p>\n

5. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 cambi\u00f3 el examen te\u00f3rico\u00a0<\/strong>de conductor?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Porque el examen antiguo no requer\u00ed\u00ada que los postulantes a la licencia aprend\u00ed\u00adan y comprend\u00ed\u00adan efectivamente las materias que todo conductor debiera conocer para poder conducir con seguridad.<\/p>\n

Como consecuencia, muchas personas obten\u00ed\u00adan su licencia sin conocer las normas de tr\u00e1nsito, ni dimensionaban los riesgos que se presentan al conducir.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el n\u00famero de preguntas que contiene el nuevo examen te\u00f3rico?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El examen consta de 35 preguntas. Se puede obtener una puntuaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de 38 puntos. Hay 3 preguntas que punt\u00faan doble.<\/p>\n

7. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los requisitos de aprobaci\u00f3n del examen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hay que conseguir, como m\u00ed\u00adnimo, 33 puntos de un m\u00e1ximo de 38. En el antiguo, solamente hac\u00ed\u00ada falta contestar a 28 preguntas correctas de 35. En el nuevo examen, por lo tanto, la exigencia es mayor.<\/p>\n

8. \u00bfTiene un nivel de dificultad distinto al antiguo examen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El grado de dificultad es mayor, debido a que las preguntas no son de conocimiento p\u00fablico como ha sucedido antes.<\/p>\n
